Whether it’s for my own boys or for gifts, I love shopping for little ones. Recently, I’ve had several questions about where I purchase pieces for the boys or where to get baby gifts. I figured I would round everything up in one post. I have a few go-to spots that I usually gravitate towards, but I absolutely love Etsy for baby and toddler clothing and gifts. There are so many wonderful shops that have a huge collection of custom clothing, burp cloths, bibs, paci clips, etc. If you like to customize things, Etsy should be your number one! Here’s a little breakdown of where I typically shop for baby and toddler clothing and gifts.
Favorite Etsy Shops for Little Ones:
Holland Hart Designs
Bold statement here but, I think overall, this may be my favorite Etsy shop for little ones. Rebekah has such a variety and her prices are great. From clothing to burp cloths/bibs to travel bags to blankets, you won’t leave her shop without spotting something you like. I’ve ordered several things for the boys from here and as well as some gifts.
The Southern Baby
The name says it all. If you’re southern at heart, you will love this shop. This is where Cooper’s Baby Brother gown pictured above came from. If you’re specifically on the hunt for pretty burp cloths and bibs to add to a baby gift, look no further.
Sew Blessed Stitches
Honestly, this shop has everything. I first discovered this shop when I ordered Bodie’s halloween basket last year and have loved her shop ever since. So many designs and customization options for the everyday and holidays.
Southern Stitches Bham
If you like custom bubbles and sunsuits, look no further than this Etsy shop. I just ordered this one in light blue for Cooper and how cute is this fishing one? I got Bodie the matching t-shirt so they can match at the lake this summer.
Sew Classic Stitches
I ordered Cooper’s newborn photo sash from this shop. The owner, Kristi, was so helpful and messaged back and forth quickly. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and got it out the door and in the mail ASAP. The sash was done beautifully… just like the one from TBBC at a fraction of the price. Her customer service was beyond and I will definitely purchase from her again! PS: She has a ton of monogram font options.
Studio 500 Monograms
This Etsy shop has a ton of Paty Inc. pieces. Paty is one of my absolute favorite baby brands. Their collection of pieces are so soft and just “baby” if you know what I mean. I’ve been putting Cooper in lots of Paty pieces the past two months and they also make the sweetest gifts. There are lots of different color options and classic styles that can be monogrammed or not. I have found Studio 500 Monograms offers the biggest variety of Paty Inc. that I’ve found and you can choose to personalize or not.
Non- Etsy Favorites for Little Ones:
The Oaks Apparel
I love this brand for a lot of reasons, one being that they are based out of my hometown in Dothan, AL. The Oaks has the cutest selection of baby, toddler, and children’s clothing, for both boys and girls, at reasonable prices for how great the quality is. They also frequently have sales and offer promotions and that’s when I always stock up. Bodie has lots of great outfits from here and I’ve started purchasing a few cute pieces for Cooper as well (just ordered him this for July 4th). Their “Oaks at Play” collection is a great line of pima cotton pieces that make adorable play clothes… I have almost all of the boy items from this collection and they make such great daily, summer outfits.
Cecil and Lou
A favorite stop for seasonal clothing and pajamas. The fit of their two-piece pajamas is really good and they hold up exceptionally well. I think Cecil and Lou’s prices are good for more of boutique type of clothing store and you have the ability to add a monogram and customize anything! Lots of appliques here and just the cutest matching pant/short sets for little boys. The bloomer sets for girls are to die for.
Smocked Auctions
A cute stop for “Mommy and Me” pajamas and loungewear (boys and girls) and sibling sets. The boys and I have the blue gingham matching jammies. I also got some “Big Brother” and “Baby Brother” pieces for the boys for when Cooper was born.
MudPie Baby
Mudpie has so many cute gifts and outfits. I find a lot of their pieces marked at a lower price on Amazon, but they also generally have a good sale selection on their website. I just ordered this sunsuit for Cooper.
H&M
I love H&M for good basics and everyday play sets. The short packs and shirt packs are my favorite things to get and Bodie wears them regularly on summer afternoons. I’ll link my most recent order for him below. Note that H&M runs big in my opinion. Bodie will be three in September, but he’s currently wearing the 2T (1.5- 2 years size) from here.
Target
There are always finds to be had at Target… in all departments, am I right? Cat and Jack has some cute seasonal sets that always come out and I usually snag some when they do. I love that you can shop from newborn- school age in this line. Bodie lives in these pants during the school year at MDO. I also usually keep some fo the Cloud Island baby footie pajamas on hand. While Angel Dear is my favorite for baby pajamas (not at Target), the Cloud Island ones are a good backup and have the fold over mitts which is a great feature for the little ones. I also love Burt’s Bees Baby.
Pajamas
My favorite baby pajamas are by the brand Angel Dear. The material is insanely soft, have built-in foldover mittens on the onesies, and the prints are so cute. I have a few matching sets for Cooper and Bodie too as they make them in infant footies as well as two-piece sets. You can find this brand in boutiques and bigger department stores, but Spearmint Baby has the best selection in my opinion and, right now, there are a ton that are on sale.
