Designing and planning the nursery has been so fun! I’ve had a pretty good idea in my head of how I want it to look since we learned we’re having a little boy. I’m sticking with lots of neutrals (tans, whites, and grays) with a little pop of color from a light, wallpapered accent wall and rug (muted greens, blues, and sunflower yellows). We are doing a very soft, animal theme that has almost a little “boho” feel to it through some fringe and textured fabrics. We still need to decide on some other accents and furniture pieces, but so far I love how everything is coming along. I’ve kept up with a nursery mood board so I can see all the products I’m considering and/or have purchased together in one place.

I think it will be so fun to look back on the original nursery design and mood board and compare it to the finished room. I can’t wait to show you more as it continues to come together. I’m sure that it is easily going to become my favorite space in the whole house! xoxo.
