If you’ve followed me for any time at all, you probably know that I’m a huge fan of my Binto supplements and have taken them for about two years now. Pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum… these supplements have been with me through it all. It’s been about a year and half since I’ve shared my initial thoughts here on the blog (find my first post here), so it felt like a good time to refresh you on my personal (and updated) Binto routine and why I love this company so much. Lots of people talk about prioritizing health in the new year, but why wait another month? Go ahead and celebrate Health for the Holidays now and get a jumpstart on healthy habits! PS: I’ve got two different PROMO CODES for you, so make sure you scroll to the end of the post!
Binto Basics:
Company Info: Binto is a women’s health company founded by a Suzie Welsh (a health and fertility nurse) that is on mission to provide women with safe and effective over-the-counter products, as well as give access to communication with licensed medical professionals. Binto creates customized supplements tailored to your personal health journey based on your body’s needs. If you’re a woman, Binto can work for you no matter what stage of life you’re at by providing you with supplements for pregnancy, fertility, energy, hormonal support, gut health… the list goes on. Check out this page here (Binto 101)… there is an abundance of information for how Binto can support whatever stage of life you’re in (general wellness, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause… they cover it all).
Customization: On the Binto website, you have the opportunity to take a survey with a few questions that allow team-members to recommend which supplements would be most beneficial for your current needs. After seeing your recommendations, if you have questions or want to make changes to your pack, you have access to communication with a nurse who can help make adjustments if necessary. Access to a licensed healthcare professional completely sets Binto apart from other companies in the supplement market. The vitamin and supplement world can be confusing, but having someone to talk to is wonderful if you need clarification.
The Binto Difference: This is one of my favorite things about the company. Binto prides itself in using high-quality ingredients and does not include preservatives and fillers in their products. All supplements are made in the U.S., GMP certified, gluten free, preservative and filler free, and vegan friendly. Their prenatal vitamin is formulated with methylated folate instead of the synthetic version of the vitamin, folic acid. Binto is transparent about their ingredients and sourcing, so you can feel good about your purchase and what you’re putting into your body. Read more about each supplement and ingredients here. I touched on it above, but you also have access to communication with a licensed healthcare professional which is invaluable. You can email or live chat or even schedule a phone consult, whichever you prefer.
Subscription Service: After you take your survey and sign up, a packet of your recommended supplements is created and personalized with your name on it (I love this touch). Each packet contains the supplements recommended for you to take each day and a month’s worth of packets are packaged in a resealable zip-top bag. Every month, your supplements arrive at your door. No need to re-order when you run out, they come to you hassle free with your subscription. You can manage your shipments and pause or cancel your subscription if you decide this service is not for you.
Extras: Binto has several other products to support your body aside from their customized supplement packs. Bloat-Aid, The Glow Down, holiday bundles, starter kits, etc.. You can view more about those products in here. You can also test out Binto with one of their starter packs before completing a customized routine. Find the starter packs here.

**Before you jump to assuming I’m pregnant again because I’m taking a “prenatal”, let me tell you myself that I am not haha! If you’re in your child-bearing years, taking a prenatal is a good thing. If you become pregnant, great… you’ve been taking your vitamins. If you don’t become pregnant, great… you’ve been taking your vitamins. If you’re postpartum, great… you’ve been taking your vitamins. See a trend here? With both of my boys, I’ve taken a prenatal before, during, and after pregnancy. It helps to support my health no matter what stage of life I’m in.
**I take all of my supplements at night except for the B12. By the end of the day, there is generally plenty of food on your stomach which works great to help absorb nutrients in your system without upsetting your tummy. Your body is also shifting into reset mode as you drift off to sleep for the night. If you have B12 in your packet, you may want to take yours in the morning, as it is an energy booster and will help you kick off your day!
**I’ve had no negative side-effects from taking my supplements. I feel like a lot of times, vitamins and supplements are reported to cause nausea or other side-effects, but I have not had any of those issues… I think this is because I always take mine with food on my stomach. I would not ever suggest taking supplements on an empty stomach. Swallow one at a time with water and you’re good to go.
Like I mentioned earlier, I’ve been taking my Binto supplements for almost two full years now and remain beyond satisfied in every aspect of my experience with the company and products. The ease of the subscription process, access to healthcare professionals, and fully customizable routine make Binto a standout in the vitamin/supplement industry. They are on a mission to change the way we view women’s health and they’re succeeding!
Binto has so much information on their website… more than I could never cover as in depth here or as eloquently as they do. It’s worth browsing to see if this is a product/service that might be beneficial to you as well… Spoiler: I think you’d love it. If you have any questions about my experience or the company, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to help however I can. I know that Team Binto would be happy to answer any questions you may have as well. Their communication and customer service is excellent.
