[…] other Beautycounter products I typically use… I just simplify and eliminate while pregnant. This one is more recent and has really good product info […]
Today, I’m sharing some of my Beautycounter sale selects, as they are currently promoting their Friends and Family sale where you can get 15% off your purchase. While my list of beloved products could go on and on, I’m just sharing some of the ones that’I am currently loving the most. My hope is that this post will be helpful if you’re investigating new skincare products and/or shopping the sale. Of course there are more products that I love than what’s below (I try and test out as many as I can so I can provide good recommendations and reviews for y’all), but what I’ve rounded up are things I’m currently enjoying the most and what I think are some of the best buys from this summer Beautycounter sale.
If you don’t already have a Beautycounter consultant, I would be thrilled for you to shop with me. You can select my name, Karis Salyers, when choosing a consultant at checkout if you’d like. If you’re interested in why I became a Beautycounter consultant, you can find that story here.
A few things to note:
*You can always return a product after purchase if it doesn’t work for you with no questions asked. That’s great insurance when trying something new.
*Beautycounter doesn’t run sales all that often so stock up or try something new while you can take advantage of the savings.
*Here is my Skincare Routine Post. I published this back in November, so it’s a bit more updated now with some newer products as well (many that are included in this post), but this will still give you a general idea of what I do.
*It’s a great time to join the Band of Beauty if you aren’t already a member. It’s $29 a year, but you get the following perks: Free shipping on orders over $100, 10% product credit on all orders (ex: if you spend $50, you’ll get $5 in credit to apply to your next order), a welcome gift when you spend $50 on products when enrolling (right now it’s a full size Hydrating Body Lotion in Citrus Mimosa. A $25 value so it basically pays for your year long membership), and member exclusive offers.
Beautycounter Sale Selects:
Countertime Tripeptide Radiance Serum: I cannot say enough good things about this serum. I use it daily and think it’s the secret sauce of the entire Countertime line. This products features a safer approach to retinol by using a plant-derived retinatural complex. It fights the appearance of aging and lines and enhances skin’s moisture barrier… not to mention it feels like silk on the skin. It’s not the cheapest of skincare products, so now is a great time to snag it.
Countermatch Adaptive Moisture Lotion: I love this moisturizer so much and, even though I use the Countertime supreme cream at night, I choose to use this one during the day. It sits on the skin so nicely and moisturizes without being too heavy. The bio-mimic technology adjusts hydration levels throughout the day. It gives your skin just what it needs and nothing that it doesn’t. I recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a universally good moisturizer. It’s lightweight, never greasy, and pairs perfectly with other treatments like serums and oils. I’ve yet to hear from someone who didn’t love it!
Countermatch Hydra-Gel Radiance Toner: I am in love with this product. It truly preps your skin for the extras when you’re finished cleansing. I use this at night after I wash my face and in the morning before applying my daytime products. If you’re looking for a great toner to remove any remaining impurities and minimize pores, this is the one.
Counterstart Cococream Cleanser: With the discount right now, this cleanser would only be $17. It’s good, y’all. I’m loving the Counterstart line and the more accessible price point is fantastic. This cleanser and the Counterstart moisturizer below is a great set to jumpstart your clean routine if you’re new to clean beauty. I am currently using this as my main cleanser!
Counterstart Cocoboost Moisturizer: For the price, this is a great moisturizer. It’s very nourishing, but not greasy and is great for sensitive skin!
Overnight Resurfacing Peel: Nicknamed, “Botox in a Bottle”, this product delivers the closest thing to immediate results that I’ve ever seen in a skincare product. I apply this every other night before I moisturize. The next morning, my skin feels tighter (in a good way) and looks smoother/more even. This peel features a proprietary, multi-acid complex. It’s a leave-on AHA/BHA peel that improves skin texture and boosts clarity without irritation or over-drying. I haven’t talked to anyone who has tried this product and hasn’t absolutely loved it. If I could only recommend one “extra” skincare product to incorporate into your routine, it would be this one.
Counter+ Charcoal Facial Mask: Chances are you’ve seen or heard of this mask. It’s a bestseller and, as far as masks go, an over-performer. If you like instant results, you’ll want to try this product for yourself. You can literally see the impurities being pulled out from your pores (“ahhhh” and “ewww” all at the same time). I use it about once a week and my face feels so refreshed after. It’s a great detox for your face.
Countertime Tetrapeptide Supreme Cream: This product is also composed with the retinatural complex I mentioned earlier when referencing the serum and is so rich/luxurious when applied. I use this cream at night and my skin feels amazing the next morning. It’s been said to give La Mer a run for it’s money, which is high praise based on the reputation that cream has carried for so many years. But what does this cream have that La Mer doesn’t? Like all Beautycounter products, it’s formulated with clean ingredients. Clean ingredients that actually deliver results. No junk on your skin and into your body, just high quality products that work! I love that I’m moisturizing my skin and preventing signs of age every time that I use this cream. Also, hello beautiful pink packaging!
Skin Twin Featherweight Foundation: Even though I am a Beautycounter consultant, I do not use all Beautycounter makeup. In fact, I could never get on board with the Tint Skin foundation… I tried several times and just didn’t like it. I didn’t use it personally, so I generally didn’t recommend it to anyone else either. The new Skin Twin Featherweight Foundation, on the other hand, is a different story. There are lots of shade options and the formula is just all around so much better. It’s buildable and lightweight, but lasts all day. I wear the shade, Light 210 (linen) for reference. If you’re in a foundation rut, give this one a try. You can always return with no questions asked if it doesn’t work out. Need help? Let me know!
Not only do Beautycounter products deliver results, they deliver the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you’re not putting toxic or questionable ingredients into your body. Each ingredient/product is rigorously tested for safety. Did you know that Beautycounter has a list of 1500 ingredients they have banned because of safety concerns? With the beauty industry being widely unregulated, I love knowing that my Beautycounter skincare routine is safe and not harming my body… all while delivering radiant and healthy skin!
Please feel free to reach out with any questions about any of the products or if you’re wanting specific recommendations for your skin needs and concerns.
