Jacket | Boots | Top | Bag, Similar, Similar | Leggings
Hi All! I’ve been a little MIA lately with some family stuff going on and, although not planned, the small social media and blog break was needed and refreshing. Hoping to get back on track with some projects and life in general this week. Today, I wanted to share this look as it seems the cold weather is here to stay for a bit longer. This has been a favorite outfit of mine to wear during cold days. Mostly neutral with a pop of pink (or any other bright color) is a fun way to brighten up your typical darker or “bland” winter outfits. This outfit is also a good mix of high and low pieces which is something I love to do!
My mom surprised me with this bag at Christmas. I had wanted it back in the late fall but then it sold out everywhere. I just accepted the fact that it wasn’t going to happen and I had missed the opportunity. My mom had heard me mention the bag and I had sent her a picture back in November showing her how pretty the pink was. Low and behold, she ordered one of the last ones available and gave it to me at Christmas (she’s no procrastinator let me tell you). It was such a fun surprise and I have enjoyed carrying it. Although it’s sold out, I’m linking a couple of other very similar options. The pink is the exact same shade and I am here for that color, y’all. It’s fun right now and will transition seamlessly into spring and summer.
My leggings are nothing new as I wear them on the regular… they truly are the best and a closet staple in my opinion. Make sure to size up if you grab a pair. I wear a medium in them. My puffer jacket is only $15 and comes in seven different colors (hot pink being one of them which would be a fun way to incorporate a pop of pink to your look instead of a bag or accessory). My white tunic top is just under $10 and a great basic top to keep on hand (I snagged it in gray as well). I got these Pajar Canada boots back in November. They’re cozy warm on the inside and waterproof on the outside… especially perfect for a ski vacation or if you live somewhere with snow!
*PS: Headband was a gift from my MIL and she got it at a boutique while traveling back in the fall. If I find a similar one, I’ll make sure to update with a link.
What’s your favorite way to incorporate a pop of color to your look? xoxo.
